Andy said he composed this one day after having a feed of eggs, sausages, bacon, and rye bread. It’s a jig with a lot of character and natural phrasing. Every time I hear it, I can also hear the tone of Andy’s fiddle when he played it on the LP, ‘A Tribute to Michael Coleman’.
