from Compositions by Eoghan Ó Ceannabháin
Blianta ó shin agus muid i mbun cleachta le banna ceoil, tháinig an bodhránaí isteach sa seomra chomh tobann agus chomh fuinniúil gur craitheadh an seomra agus gur leagadh an balalaika a bhí suite ar bharr na seilfeannaí. Is beag nár briseadh ar chloigeann an phíobaire é.
Years ago at a band practice, our bodhrán player entered so suddenly and energetically that the room shook and the balalaika was knocked from its place on top of the shelves. It was nearly broken on the head of the piper.
