This is another composition from the accordion player Paddy O’Brien, who came from Newtown, outside of Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Farmers have looked up at the moon in triumph after saving and threshing the corn. This is often an achievement when one considers how the weather can make or break the result of their harvest. The title of the tune is a reminder of sorts and the tune itself a sort of victory celebration in its own right.
