This change will allow ITMA to keep pace with the ever-changing web, and take advantage of cutting edge technologies.

Unfortunately, it means that we have had to temporarily suspend three of our microsites: The Inishowen Song Project, The Góilín Song Project and the PW Joyce Microsite. These sites are built on older technology that is not compatible with the new system. Work is underway to restore the three sites as soon as possible.

However in the meantime you can still access the individual elements of the projects. The music, songs, stories, books, images and all the assets that made up these microsites are still available in the ITMA Digital Library. It is just the collective organisation of these materials that is temporarily unavailable.

Once in the Digital Library you can search for individual performers, songs, tunes, books etc.

We are also experiencing issues with the Port microsite, however all of the tunes from Port can also be found in the Digital Library as interactive scores.
