ITMA / NLI Web Archiving Collaboration Project

ITMA has been chosen by the NLI as a subject specialist to collaborate with them on curating a collection of websites relating to Irish traditional music, song and dance for the NLI Web Archive. For the last year ITMA have been gathering a list of websites relating to Irish traditional music, song and dance for inclusion in the NLI Web Archive. We have now amassed a large number of sites and in the coming weeks we will begin the process of creating a shortlist to be considered by the NLI Web Archive Team.

We need your help!

Before ITMA delivers this shortlist of recommended sites we would like to re-iterate the call we made in March of last year.

  • Do you have a site relevant to Irish traditional music, song and dance which you would like considered for this project?
  • Do you want to recommend a site that you feel should be part of this collection?
  • Do you know of any older "at-risk" Irish music sites?

If you would like your website to be included in this list, please email ITMA archivist [email protected] with the following subject heading: “ITMA/NLI Web Archiving Project”.
