ITMA in New York, November 2022

At its first formal event in the US, legendary Chieftains flute player Matt Molloy will launch ITMA's major digital exhibition of Irish music in New York, From the Bridge, in association with the Irish Arts Center, on Tuesday 15 November.

At the event ITMA will be represented by: Chief Executive Liam O’Connor; ITMA honoree Matt Molloy; award-winning dancer and ITMA Board member Edwina Guckian, and uilleann piper and ITMA administrator Seán Potts.

As well the opportunity to meet and thank musicians and families associated with the New York digital exhibition, ITMA will also be promoting the work and ambitions of the Archive to a variety of cultural and professional organisations in the US.

In the run up to the event, ITMA is delighted to see the event and ITMA publications highlighted in local press
