• Several city buses pass through Merrion Square (nos 4, 5, 6, 7, 7A, 8, 13, 13A, 44, 47, 47B, 48A, 62), or its immediate vicinity (no 10: Merrion Row and Baggot Street, nos 11, 11A: St Stephen's Green).

Luas:

• A local-area tram service has a terminus at St Stephen's Green (connecting to Sandyford) and a terminus at Connolly Station, Amiens Street (connecting to Tallaght).

Parking:

• Meter parking is generally available on Merrion Square. It is currently €2.40 per hour.
